You can't. We aren't accepting any more people from outside EU. You must wait until all the other freeloaders have moved on to some other country. We are full to bursting, no more PLEASE.

You would be better off getting him polish citizenship first then there are no bars as a EU citizen

You will only find the anwer at the British Embassy in your country of residence.Or if you are in England at the Home Office in London.
