What is the process to be able to marry someone from Spain?

I want to know if I get married and get a license from the Court House, is that all I need besides going to INS to proove that I am married so that my wife can stay here in the US? What else is required?

If she is in Spain you can let the INS know that you are engaged and get her a "Sweetheart" Visa. If she is here illegally she will have to return to Spain.
