I believe that banning gay marriage is unconstitutional. In our constitution, it clearly states *in the establishment clause*
"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion...."

So why can't homosexuals get married?
And doesn't this ride the line of discrimination?

for govt class, our study guide has a missing word portion. i only have one that i can't find anywhere. it is a single word and has 12 letters, the fourth is an 'o'. the clue is 'Defendants may be released on their own ____?____'.

Could it be because, once he had all the fact about why we went into Iraq, maybe he didn't agree with it? The White House admits they were given information which was inacurate about the WMD's and Gen. Powell was the one pleading the case before the UN. Who knows what went through his mind?
