well i need to know what the what each power represents (their is 8 powers) (1.chief of state/ 2.chief executive/ 3.chief diplomat/ 4. cammander and chief/ 5. chief administrator/6. chief legislator/7.chief of party/ and 8.chief citizen)

and i need to know how they have changed in the past 200 years(when the government was constructed)
