In all seriousness, what sense does it make for a democracy to vest this much power in the hands of a single person? So long as the Congress passes a law that passes constitutional muster, why should the president be able to say no? (And, by implication, allow a minority, rather than a majority, dictate national policy.)

I have been without a valid driver's license and passport for about 3 years now. The ony copy of a birth certificate I have is a xerox, and can not be used for ID purposes.

I now need to get a valid state ID and bank account, so how can I obtain the necessary documentation?

I have an expired driver's license from a state I don't live in anymore, a very old passport from when I was a kid, my current paycheck stub, my current paycheck ATM-style card I get paid through, and power and cellphone bills that all go to my current address.

What is my best course of action to get a current ID?

In this book, Rothbard laid out the whole system of libertarianism in its pure form. While he could have decided to support a limited government that is limited to defense and other functions which people generally consider to be government functions, but instead he laid out exactly how these functions can be privatized and why they should be privatized. Rothbard was a friend and supporter of Ron Paul, though Ron Paul is nowhere near as consistently libertarian as Rothbard was.

On Tuesday,Bush vetoed the measure. He blamed Democrats for a tax and spend philosophy, saying:"This year alone, leaders in Congress are proposing to spend $22 million
more than my budget provides."

Democrat Rep.David Obey said,"This is a bipartisan bill supported by over 50 Republicans. There has been virtually
no criticism of it's contents. It is clear the only reason the President vetoed this bill is pure politics."
The House fell 3 votes short of a veto-proof margin as it sent the measure to Bush.

Meanwhile, the $471 billion defense budget gives the Pentagon a 9 percent,$40 billion budget increase. This will
help to provide for new and expensive weapons systems
like the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter($6.3 billion),the Navy's DD
destroyer($2.8 billion) and the new Virginia-class submarine
($3.1 billion).

So what do you think about that?

The fact that we are an occupied nation can no longer be denied. There was a coup planned in 1933 and Prescott Bush was involved. Are the same group of fascist conspirators involved?

http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio4/history/document/document_20070723.shtml

The coup was aimed at toppling President Franklin D Roosevelt with the help of half-a-million war veterans. The plotters, who were alleged to involve some of the most famous families in America, (owners of Heinz, Birds Eye, Goodtea, Maxwell Hse & George Bush’s Grandfather, Prescott) believed that their country should adopt the policies of Hitler and Mussolini to beat the great depression.
