executive, legislative, and judicial.

executive is pres and vp. legislative is congress. judicial system are the federal courts, particularly the supreme court

the constitution has no expiration date. it will always be the basis of our government

Do your own homework. We're not talking hard stuff here. Read the US Constitution. It's not a long document and has all your answers.

It's good to learn the whole thing, rather than just find an answer to your question.

Heck, I'll even give you a link to the US Constitution so you can read it yourself.
