Government - January 2007

hopefully you guys down there will like the Republican party cause unlike the Democrats, Republicans want peace in the world we want no more wars. Republican party is for the working class honest people. But democrats are mostly full of poor welfare people and limosine liberals like George Clooney.
Most US hispanics are Republicans so what do you guys think of the Republican Party?

I am a Canadian, personally I don't mind America but the president you guys voted for is one of the most moronic people I have ever seen. I'm surprised he can tie his shoes in the morning. Many countries don't like you, they just don't have the balls to say it.

If some intelligent and compassionate men were to take hold of the world and become fascists, but they always remained good and intelligent men, would it really be so bad? C'mon now, people don't read. People argue and fight and are selfish. For reasons I cannot state here for lack of space, I still have hope in democracy, but I believe we should never lose the rationale for it. So people, do you know any reasons why democracy is a good idea? Please don't put answers like "it's obvious, duh."

People that dont realize this are naive , easily led sheep to the slaughter How are 21,000 troops gonna stop a bunch of car bombings ? They wont , other than to create more targets for the insurgents. I don't consider that very high at all.......have I just reread history wrong or have we not lost many many more good men to previous wars at a much quicker rate? Seems like a small price to pay to keep our nation safe from terrorists. Its high time the world starting taking control back from terrorist groups that have long held the innocent hostage to their terror.
