All the major networks (NBC, CBS, ABC, Fox) and the news networks (CNN, CNBC, Fox News). It will probably be on CSPAN too. His speech tonight is on the state of the war in Iraq. The State of the Union will be Jan 23.

This isn't the State of the Union (that's in a week or two). The speech tonight (and the State of the Union) will be on most news networks, so ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX, MSNBC, Fox News, CNN, etc.
