If you've ever read chaos theory, you will discover that anarchy is a descriptive word within chaos!..reason!.Because every time anarchy theory has been try ed as a form of government, it has failed!..Always with dire consequences for the people it has to govern!.Anarcho syndicalism was actually what Karl Marx and Engels based communism on!..Benito Mussolini used a form of it in regional government, and it failed spectacularly!..Anything that is based on 'peasantism' just wont work!

Well, anarchy is a term that has suffered a large amount of disinformation, and not only in the West. All over the world anarchists have been seen as a threat by the powers-that-be, so the media (who are, of course, paid for by such powers) have done their utmost to confuse people about its meaning.

In many parts of the world, "anarchist" is interchangeable with "vandal" or "hooligan" for that reason.

The theory itself of anarchism is fascinating, but you cannot expect the masses to read books full of complex political and social concepts. People follow the news on TV and papers, and the TV and papers have fed them the line that "anarchy is bad."

I like to consider myself open-minded but I can't think of one successful positive anarchy based society. Not that they COULD'T exist, just that I do not know of any nor would it be likely to have a POSITIVE anarchy based society.

Please prove me wrong. I believe in the saying "the government that governs least, governs best".

People are wrong if they think anarchy means absence of government, chaos etc.

The true meaning of anarchy is self governance. It means people are capable of governing themselves and they do not need a government.

First every case of anarchy was found in India around 12,000 years ago. Sage Vasishtha developed a state that was completely self governed.

But he found a problem in this. The state was constantly exposed to attacks by foreigners due to its fame and prosperity. The people of that state were capable enough to resist these attacks but it disturbed their day to day living.

This led sage Vasishtha to employ an army under the supervision of a great warrior named Dasharath. Dasharath's duty was to protect the state from foreign attacks. But had no power to punish any one within the state.

The people were at such height of self governance that they honestly punished themselves after doing something wrong.

I remember an instance i read in a book on this subject - Two freinds studying in adjoining universities used to meet each other. One day one of the freind ate a mango out of the trees from other's campus without permission. The other freind said "this is wrong you shouldn't have done this". The freind replied " then you should punish me". When the other freind denied to do it he decided to punish himself with the appropriate punishment and cut-off both of his hands.

This shows us how anarchy works.

I hope that now we share a better understanding on anarchy.
