Right on! Let's give discredit where discredit is due. Had Bush planned the 9/11 attacks- we'd still be waiting for the towers to fall.....

Bush could not have planned that one. Look at Iraq and the mess that he did plan.
The Bush administration did need a horrific situation to create fear in the USA and the falling towers did the trick. If the conspiracy theorists are correct, the brains behind Bush could have been involved. Ever see the look on GW's face when someone told him that the towers had been hit. It does make one wonder. mmmmmmm

Well, not a lot of people said he planned it.
Mostly it went like this: The attacks WERE PLANNED by U.S. government. And G.W. Bush is an IDIOT.
So, I'd say he's smart just like this question is. And you can't have it both ways.

after they answer that one, ask them, if he was capable of that, why wasn't he able to plant wmd in Iraq, if he lied about them, to cover his lies. It seems like that would be easier than planning and pulling off 9/11 without leaks.
