Is there any way I can cash my check, it has the wrong last name on it (one I use in school, which is different from my legal name). It has the correct first name, and even the same address, but just the last name is wrong.

Is it safe to say all the U.S. Military, police,National guard,caost guard, and boarder patrol are more then capable of doing their jobs, as long as they are allowed to just do them ? I'am speaking about the people, not lack of funding or manpower.
