So far, I know of no system that doesn't or didn't have the poor. Capitalism at least gives people an opportunity to be rich. Socialism and communism have produced grand scale lower classes while giving privilege to a lucky few. Modern American Liberalism would do the same thing if given a chance. It may or may not be great, but capitalism is the best system for allowing people freedom to move up the economic ladder. The downside, it also lets you fall off that ladder. But that's the beauty of a risk/reward system.

its not capitalism,its liberalism that's keep people poor,with there promises of talking from the rich to give to the poor,well they are still waiting,if liberalism actually fixed anyone of their causes would they still be needed,they would no longer exist.
