I do not recall even one attempt by GW to change the constitution. Please present your evidence. Smart is not one of GWs long traits although he is not dumb as his detractors want you to believe. He is loyal, patriotic,and has the well being of the USA at heart. He has made some HONEST mistakes. I doubt that you are correct when you think he thinks he is smarter than anyone.
