Secret Government
The Post-9/11/01 Shutdown of Government Accountability
For decades, secretive government programs have operated without any accountability to the people, and little if any to Congress, which is supposed to oversee them. These are often called black operations because information about them and even their budgets is secret, and they have usually been conducted by the military or secretive agencies such as the NSA. Since September 11th, this blanket of secrecy has spread to civilian portions of the federal government.

WTC Steel Removal

The Expeditious Destruction of the Evidence at Ground Zero
Steel was the structural material of the buildings. As such it was the most important evidence to preserve in order to puzzle out how the structures held up to the impacts and fires, but then disintegrated into rubble. Since no steel frame buildings had ever collapsed due to fires, the steel should have been subjected to detailed analysis. So what did the authorities do with this key evidence of the vast crime and unprecedented engineering failure? They recycled it!

has the royal family had its day in this country and should we be looking for an elected official who actually has power to intervene when the government messes up, and takes part in the countries day to day lives with accountability,
i love the royal family and do not want to appear anti-soveriegn but i get the impression they are doing less and less and, appear cosmetic which is ok but not very useful, we can still keep the royals without losing credibility in the uk, and we do not necessarily need a president, any suggestions

why not abolish our system of electing government and let the people elect individuals in society who have proven skills in certain fields, ie top legal experts/business experts, names should be taken from the public as nominations, we can then get rid of all the parties, and they should not be paid high salaries they can also be sacked easier, do we need any government constantly at war within, come on uk get modernised

the chancellor uses to callculate it? It doesn't include rent, council tax or household water/fuel bills (which have soared to extortionate levels). It lists life's essentials as including cost of champage, leg waxes, mp3 players, plasma tv screens etc.

Is the chancellor having a laugh? Do'es he think we all live like socialites? They're not essentials to living, they're optional luxuries.

Talk about cooking the books, and fiddling the figures (nothing new to the lab party). And this man wants to be pm!

I think it should include the costs of the tax, rent, water and fuel; urgently so, to reflect the poor and pensioners true income. What do you reckon?

now that Blair is standing down should we not have an election.lets be fair what gives any government the right to decide who takes over? If the premier were to die then the deputywould take over until there is an election for the next premier.who really would vote for Gordon brown.remember this is the man that is stealing money from us without prejudice. This is a Scotsman that does not really like the English Welsh or Irish. Will he steal even more money to prop up the Scottish economy ?The labour party only scraped in last time because of Blair the PERSON not Blair the politicion.should we start a campaign?why do we always accept these decisions?
