Well, I don't know about control and vision. I didn't know he had a vision or that that mattered. As for control, it would seem that he now has more control, but I'm too far awy to know for sure. The latest accord does, however, seem to give him more control, and allows more participation by the tribes in politics.

But whether or not the control, accord, and vision things are true, why would an unelected military dictator step down? Most of them are forced out of office by other military men wanting to be president.

He is a clavor man. On one side he is showing that he is saving Pakistan but on other hand he is trying & making such policies which are to demolish islamic culture from Pakistan. So he must leave the seat of President. Because Pakistan is a Islamic Republic and here must be proper islamic culture.

He is not managing a government. He is managing an unimaginable DISASTER RECOVERY program. Any other guy in his position would have got his ba*** chopped off. Atleast he is the most sincere and outspoken in his efforts to establish peace with India. In fact, congress should invite Mr.Vajpayee to deal with Mr.Musharraf and together they look like a guru-shishya pair. This is in good humour and no offence to anyone.

Pervez Musharaf is the only liberal and secular statesman of Pakistan. If he steps down who is going to replace him? Benazir, Nawaz Sharif or Pervez Elahi. Our politicians are mostly feudals and industrialists. They are corrupt and incompetent to manage the affairs of the government. In these circumstances Pervez Musharaf is the lesser evil.
