Perhaps making states that are made up of a geography area or an economic area. Perhaps making all of Ner Egland one state eliminating several goverments and saving a lot of money. As an exanple Western Montana has little in commond with eastern Montana. The industries in both East and west are very diffferent

The terrorists will not let us live in peace until we either convert to their form of sharia islam which states that if you dont believe mohammad is the profit you must be put to death.
