I think you meant "export" oil, but the answer to your questions is NO, if I understood them correctly. We have our own oil, but sell it to Japan because the corporations stand to make more money doing so. If we repealed NAFTA and GATT, we could manufacture and export a lot more of our own goods other than weapons systems, and become stronger and more prosperous than ever. And if a few huge corporations went "toes up" in the process, so be it. No love lost, I say. Hope this was helpful.

No!!! America would rely on domestic oil and make up the energy shortfall with alternative sources of energy. And America would just have to develop a better export than weapons of mass destruction.

U.S Government is a very powerful country. Unfortunately, neurotic politicians are exploiting its citizens into believing we cannot survive without outside resources. Untrue.
U.S. Government's poor decision on who, what, when and how to do, is that of an imbecile. The financially influential, are playing Russian Roulette with the citizens, who are becoming more and more disenchanted. This wealthy country is falling apart.

of course, I have no idea what you mean by "exploit oil"
how do you exploit oil (are you sure you mean "exploit" and not some other word, like maybe "export"?)
U.S. export of weapons systems is pretty insignificant in the total world market and an insignificant part of the U.S. economy and diplomacy
not a big deal

Two questions for you.
1) What is in YOUR hotdog, ...
2) Whatever you have in your hotdog, is it the ingredient that causes you to always ask loaded questions?
