I'd honestly say no worse or better than any other.

i might only be 12 but i keep up with current event and i think he is a great president if not the greatest. almost as soon as he got into office 9/11 happened and i think he did good at handling the situation he got Saddam and arzarqawie and we've done a good job in Iraq and are helping train the Iraqi army. and he has to deal with a lunitic in Iran and n. korea
and some people might think I'm just quoting my parent political views but these are my own thoughts about president bush

The title of greatest president is reserved for Abraham Lincoln, in my humble opinion.
President Bush, however, is a great president.
Whether you disagree with President Bush or not, you should still respect him. I do not agree with every decision he has made, particularly his neo-conservative position on immigration and border control, but he is still my president. According to those who elected him, he is capable of leading this country or otherwise John Kerry would be sitting in the White House right now.

the greatest!,most people don"t understand his politics, but if someone understands they"l know that he is the greatest president the USA ever had,
like w. Churchill before world war 2,the England govt. thought he is stupid when he said that Hitler will one day become the greatest treat the world has ever seen, and everybody tough he is stupid, but at the end they regret why they did en"t listen to him,the same thing here, bush sees what will become with those terrorist org, like Iran and Syria, and the whole world is against him,and god for bit we should en"t pay a price for that one day

Great President. Greatest nod goes to Reagan, hands down. Truth is, I wish "Good President" had been an option in your question, because until he gets illegal immigration under control, convinces the US we need to drill for oil in ANWR, and takes a huge interest in finding alternative fuel sources, I can't call him great. What he's done against terrorism is great, but it is tempered by his performance on these other issues.

Greatest president in USA history if your goal was to completely divide our country, start WW3 and ruin our economy... by increasing the divide between the rich and poor so large that the middle class is going to disappear.

May be he is a great president for the American people, but I think he is not a popular person in the world at all.

If these are my only choices then I must pass on answering this question of yours because he was, is not any of the above and to believe either is as stupid as it gets unless you are really insane.
Used toilet paper is what I would say has to be better then G.W. Bush.
