I only wish. But if we stand up to our Congressmen, we can have him impeached.

That depends.
If you are personally suing him, for something he did directly to you, then yes, just like when Clinton was in office his ex-partners were sueing him. But, if you are suing him for actions as a president no. You can try to have him impeached. Now if you feel that the government wronged you, you can sue the government, but I can tell you that those cases never win.
