Do you think he'll emerge as the winner in Iowa? Personally, I support Clinton, but I'll take Edwards over Obama anytime. How about you?

Ok, this is all hypothetical, but if I were to run for president would you vote for me? the following would be my goals:
*reinact blue laws (families need a day to rest and be together)
*I would NOT ban guns
*Limit the amount of $ spent on making and developing new computer games, and have the new money help engineers figure out new ways to improve transportation and help the enviroment
*(regarding last) while engineers do so, I would drill in Alaska, but only until a new deal has been created with NATO or cars are more efficent
*do what they did in the depression: if you're on welfare but able-bodied, you'll help build roads and bridges
*higher sin taxes on tobacco products
*take some troops out of Iraq, relocate to places such as Darfur (but only if the soldiers are willing to)
*not spend a ton of money on advertising campaigns

Romney is a Republican version of John Kerry, w/o the Purple Heart

He is stiff, waffling, and double talking

Fair or not, his Mormon faith will lose him votes among conservative Protestants

There's just no way a Republican can win against Obama or Clinton. So, why waste taxpayers money on the election if they can put the money to better use, like Bush favorite war Iraq?

I have notice that the same users repeatedly accuse others of being trolls and posting spam. I've been reported a few times when I've been completely serious and honest. My question is why? If you disagree with a question (don't know how you can disagree with a question) or an answer, why don't you just move on? Instead, you post something like "Spam reported" and still get your points. So friends, tell me why you think these people feel the need.

Please keep things civil, don't rant or bad mouth, as much as you might like to. If you are going to vote for a democrat who are you backing from the democrats and who would you most be ok with from the republican side winning the presidency. If you are a republican are you backing and who would you most be ok with from the democrat side? If you could go either way then this question isn't for you. This is for the presidency so don't tell me who you want to get a nomination so your canidate can beat them.

I'll go first I am backing Obama and would most be ok with McCain.

These are the only 4 current candidates that actually have integrity and would run the country for its people rather than corporations. I do not agree with all their ideas but at least they wouldn't be distracted by money.

We've all heard the useless, meaningless slogans of fleabags trying to avoid getting a real job by running for office.

Slogans such as, "move forward", "make change", "save the chilren" (I especially liked this last one since most of the fleabags who used it couldn't pronounce chilDren!

Could it be that some politician has actually made an effort to deliver a promise???

Or, are we about to begin a new day or week or month, or something?

He is the Republicans top fund raiser for the last quarter and is ahead in the polls of many of the others being allowed in. How can FOX justify this other than saying they don't like him (or are scared of him)?

Can any FOX defenders tall me how this is "Fair and Balanced"?

while making the payment on the HOUSE, the concern from ANY candidate other than RON PAUL?

He endorses the sound economic policy of returning to the gold standard, commidity backed currency that way our $ Dollar will hold its value, Sound GOOD?...

Then doing away with taxes...

well actually just the income tax, that way nothing changes for the Corporations earning huge profits,

but would return about 60% of the income of every individual in America, white collar and blue collar and we would NOT have to work 3-4 months out of the year to pay our hard earned $ that only goes to the interest we pay on....

----->the NATIONAL DEBT which by the way is paid to WHO?.........<----If you know you get 10 Points + BEST answer

Sunday, Dec.30: The latest CNN coverage shows a new poll in Iowa with Romney now leading over Huckabee. Romney has been advertising heavily with a contrast ad which points out Huckabee's growth of government, soft stance on immigration in favor of college grants to illegal aliens, and pardoning of over 1000 convicted felons including 12 murderers. Huckabee is now taking a more aggressive stance, calling out Romney by name and saying "he has nothing to stand on". But Huckabee will not refute any of the facts in the Romney contrast ads.

Why not?

Might it be that the Romney ads contain accurate information and the facts speak for themselves?

Is Huckabee just now getting desperate and lashing back with whatever he can to try to counter perceptions of key points in his former performance as Governor of Arkansas?

Could it be that....maybe, he's a GOOD PRESIDENT?? Just want to hear some of your opinions out there...
