ok a few things i want to reference here to get my point rolling. one is the widely known fact that most people dont vote in the first place. my second point- secret societies and orders like the order of death(skull and bones for the public) that have major ties to high political points of power. in our last election, both major party candidates were members of the order of death. dont believe me? research it yourself. the third point i wanted to mention was the mass amounts of money being thrown every which way twords high state and federal officials. my last point brings me to the gop owned and operated easily fixabale and easily hackable voting machines that leave no trace of transactions, which will be widely used in the next election. taking into account everything that we know plus all that we dont, how much of the election is still in the publics hands?

To get them to vote for her? Lately, I've been getting numerous phone calls from her people and from Asian people nonetheless! Also, one Asian Hillary worker told me that she's doing all she can to help us out or something. I don't really remember.

Help please.

As an American, it seems like a very unusual thing for one family to have an enduring reign over a country's politics. Nightmarish in a sense. Today, we may be in a turning point in America where this will become a reality on America's political landscape. If Hillary Clinton is elected President, we would have had a Bush-Clinton-Bush-Clinton pattern in our government for almost two decades. Dynasties? Maybe. I hope that this would never be the case in our country which has been the leading Democratic Republic in the world. Although, now that Chelsea Clinton is on the campaign trail with Hillary; I think that my nightmares may be closer to reality today than ever before. A Bush controlled Republican Party, and a Clinton controlled Democratic Party.

Could we be headed toward a political future in which a few families rule the direction of this countries government and few new faces are seen in power? Is this possible? If the answer is yes, does the possibility scare you?

I think he's a very smart man with an excellent resume. Does anyone here think there is some chance he could be chosen as VP? Candidates can go outside the pool of those running for president to choose a VP.

With all this presidential candidate chaos going on, do you think the qualification of someone having to be an American born citizen can only be president, really matters at all? Should It be changed to just American Citizen, born or naturalized?

Simple question for the simple minded Hillary fans!

She voted for the war, but is know against it! LOL!

Did the "dumb" George Bush trick her into voting for the war? If he did then does that mean he is smarter then Hillary Clinton? Why didn't Obama vote for the war? Why wasn't he tricked into it!

Why would anyone think Hillary Clinton is going to get us Universal Healthcare when she already FAILED MISERABLY AT IT!

2007-12-30 13:17:39 · 25 answers · asked by Boomer 3

First a little backgound: I'm illitierate because I attended universal education (otherwise known as public school) and can't hold a job. I need to know which Democrat will is offering to steal... I mean... tax the productive well adjusted citizens of America to give me stuff. Instead of using a pistol to steal, I figure it's beter to vote for a Democrat and let them do the taking.

I need these citizens to pay for my transportation, my edufcation, my food, my clothes, mu utilities, my cable tv, my child care, my day care, my insurance, my dental care, my eye care, my medical care, my medicine, my manicure, my har styling, and while I'm at it, my vacations to Cancun.

Which Democrat will give me the most?

I'm just curious to know who your candidate of choice is and WHY you are voting for them.

It would help if you would also point out the only things that concern you about your candidate(their pitfalls, etc.)

I'd also like to know who you are NOT under any circumstances voting for and why.

I haven't chosen a candidate yet because, frankly, I don't think the selection is very good. Maybe what you point out will get the wheels turning in my brain.
(But don't worry, this gal will not vote in ignorance. One, being the election is JUST SHY of my eighteenth birthday, and, two, I won't take sides based on opinion. It takes a lot to impress me, and I plan on running for office one day. So answers and opinions are greatly appreciated.)

I believe that the fight between Democrats and Republicans is RUINING our country. By worrying more about politics and not the tasks at hand, our country is going at a brick wall at a hundred miles an hour and pretty soon, we're gonna hit it.

If anything, what can we do? Thoughts?

I don't think so because I don't think Hillary's dumb. I believe she knew the war wasn't in the country's best interests back then but she supported it anyway because it was popular at the time. She only changed her tune in 2005 when the country turned against it. If you're a Democrat, why in the world would you support a candidate who backed Bush on the war and the Patriot Act for 3 years? Do you really think someone like this has the country's best interests at heart and is competent to be president? People talk alot about her experience but does her time as First Lady truly count as experience? And most importantly, does she have the INTEGRITY to be president after supporting Bush for so many years? I don't think so and that's why I'm backing Obama.

I personally value integrity over experience because we've seen guys like Cheney and Rumsfeld with decades of experience make a TOTAL mess of things in the past 8 years. Experience really is meaningless without integrity and honor. Which is why I can't bring myself to support Hillary. She supported the war and the Patriot Act all the way until 2005 and only changed her tune when they were no longer popular. She has consistently put her political ambition ahead of the country's best interests and to me, that's despicable. As we've seen with the Bush administration, no amount of experience will make up for a lack of integrity and the same applies to Hillary. Besides, I don't think being a First Lady for 8 years really counts as experience. I'm voting for Obama who I think truly has the country's best interests at heart. What do you think?

If I run for president in 2012 and raise 13 million dollars, but only spend 4 million, can I keep the rest? I think this just might be the main reason some people run for office. I can't see any real way to force a person to return the money once the election is over.

Since Bill Clinton is Helping Hillary by questioning Barack Obamas level of experience, would it be fair if Michelle Obama
questioned Hillary Clintons claim to be a candidate of change, even though Hillary has lived in the White House for eight years?

Seems to me Hillary wants it both ways?

No matter if you are liberal, conservative, or a middle-of-the-road voter, why do you assume a vote for any candidate will make a major difference in the United States and how it carries out its foreign policies? I'm not talking about small time changes that any new government brings into effect once taking control, but huge, noticeable change that they enact.

I ask because the federal government is basically a mindless machine set on autopilot and no-matter whether an independent, republican, or democrat is in the White House, it just keeps on going. Sure, small facets in terms of policy may change but I'm talking about the overall picture. Don't focus on the tree in front of you but rather the whole vast forest in question.
