He comes off like the damn Anti-Christ. He looks like he's buried a few bodies in the Utah salt flats.

I think some human sacrifices have taken place in his presences.

That guy scares me. He seems to want to carry on Bush's agenda of a New World Order.

The Constitution guarantees the freedom of speech but does that mean a zillionaire can spend billions to get his friends or lackys elected to public office. Should it take $200,000,000 + just to run for President and how can an honest and honorable candidate accumulate that kind of money without compromising their morals?

...on a radio interview a few minutes ago [BBC Radio 4] a commentator said "He [Obama] has a real chance now that he's got a bulging warchest and can build an effective machine."

Money, advertising, lobbying...
Hmm. How much is left of the ideal of people choosing the best candidate, compared to them being spun into choosing the best-presented or least-smeared candidate?

Is there like a website out here where you can look up the presidential candidates and compare them on certain issues? I like to see where they stand so I can decide who to vote for in 2008.

I think Hillary and gang is about to get down and dirty with this campaign. Hillary is like the wicked witch and she's not going to let anyone stand in her way.... it takes me back to that list of 'missing folks'.... anyway....

This will give the supporters that are still with Hillary an opportunity to see this WITCH in action. Hold on....

Why are they still here?

I really want to know. If this country is so bad, why aren't people leaving in droves?

Forget about party affiliations. What issues are important to YOU as an American (or concerned citizen)? (No bashing, please.)

to build an enormous mosque costing an estimated 100M in the docklands. What do you think about it? Wouldn't it be better to spend the money on a new hospital or improved transport facilities??
BIGGER THAN ST PAULS!!!
The plan is for the mosque to be so big that people flying in from all over the world for the 2012 Olympics will it see it as the biggest landmark in London , bigger than St Pauls, Westminster Abbey or Wembley Stadium,
Take a second to cast your vote in The Evening Standard on-line poll to determine public opinion about whether a mega mosque should be built for the Olympics.
a multi faith church would be far better and what would you rather spend 100 million on

To add just a bit, the Dems' now control the House and Senate. The Dems' are also stepping up hard. So, if their plans pass, and things continue to fail. Will that be a set back for the Dem' nominee? Reps' can easily say that things went bad because of the House and Senate controlled by the Dems'. But, if the Dems' sit back as oppose to act out against the war, could that cost them too in the contexts of "We elected them to change things and they didn't"? 2008 will be great. With the right political swing, either one of the things I said could happen. What do you think?

Do you know that the majority of the so-called "INDIAN FORWARD COMMUNITY" don't have even two square meals are living without sufficient food, clothing and shelter. Most of the so-called forward communities are so poor that they don't have sufficient food, clothing and shelter. Till date, they have not asked for any reservations in Government services or IIT or IIM.

To conclude, EITHER FORWARD OR BACKWARD MOST OF THE INDIANS ARE BACKWARD & POOR in India.

Suppose there were two planet Earths. Suppose that Democrats completely ran one without opposition and Republicans completely ran the other without opposition. What would each planet be like after a couple of hundred years? I'm interested in knowing other people's perspective on a creative but absurd philosophical question. Suppose you could visit and evaluate each but would have to eventually make a choice of one or the other for permanent residence. What would they be like after a couple of millenniums and which would you choose? Thanks!
