1. The war on Terror..They will never quit, and neither should we.
2. Abortion. We should not kill the innocent because they are inconvenient.
3. Seal our borders. Even if you let the ones that are here now stay, seal them. I think we should allow no immigration for 2 years. Then only 50,0000 the 3 rd year with a 2% increase each year after that until we have this under control.
4. Lower taxes..Just when we gained a little ground the new Congress just presented us with the largest increase in history. They say they did'nt, but they did not make the tax cuts permanent that Bush put inand when they lapse, it's an increase.(again you will not hear CNN,ABC,MSNBC or CBS tell you that.

Immigration and securing our borders desires to be on the authentic of the checklist. If we are in a position to repair this issue, many different themes regionally will resolve themselves. we've larger taxes and crime as an instantaneous results of unlawful immigration. Wages additionally are pushed down via this difficulty. i'm questioning approximately orderly and criminal immigration yet what we now have's a shaggy dog tale and exhibits us all that huge organization has the ear of our government, the two events, and we as voters are ignored in the chilly and caught with the bill. My vote will circulate to the guy that i've got self belief is maximum qualified for the job and could handle my concerns. i'm truly hoping Fred Thompson gets into the race.

Foreign Policy - regaining our country's stature in this world, regaining the respect we once deserved and begin setting a real example.
Investing in key areas, like education, the environment (if we can pour $700 billion into Iraq without sneezing, why not into our own country. I'm confounded everytime gov't says we don't have the funding to pay for critical programs in support of our own citizens, yet, they seem to find a way to ship billions over seas. And by the way, how's that been working out? Oh, and how's New Orleans doing?).

The freaking war needs to end.
Enough cash has been spent on paying for our poorly equipped soldiers with lousy armored vehicles who are trying to referee a battle between a million 5 year olds with guns.

Returning America to a Constitutional Republic, with separation of powers, and STRONG adherence to the Bill of Rights.
I couldn't care less about this phony "war on terror".
Oh yeah, maybe someone could PROVE to me that this "war on terror" is legit, by SECURING THE BORDERS. Otherwise, it's all just political posturing, and a great big ruse designed to circumvent the Constitution with so-called "security measures".

The federal gov't's uncontrolled spending, and more and more legislation dictating "responsible" personal behavior. I.E. Seat belt laws. I know wearing a seat is the safe way to travel (and I always do), but its not the gov'ts place to tell me I have to do it.
Also, new, stifling taxes attempting to be passed in the Iraqi war legislation. The largest tax increase in history.

I am typically a Republican, but if I can find a democrat that is:
Pro-marriage
Pro-life
Pro-finishing the war in Iraq and not turning tail and accepting defeat.
Pro-guns
And Anti-Clinton, then that person has my vote, regardless of their party.

I am sorry and this might seem shallow but after 6 years of repuglican failures, my one issue is to get every R. out of office and to fill the presidency with a democrat. At this point it really doesn't matter who. .
