If there were to be an independent come into the race what would he/she have to do to make the run for the White House? Would he/she have to start with an optimum amount of money or would it be more on name recogniton, and if so how much would it cost to start? And would name recognition be enough alone or would they have to have something up their sleeve?

Every century or so, a great man comes along and goes down in our history books for his greatness. I have been on Obama's website and after reading about him and watching his videos I finally have hope. Obama is the epitome of greatness. I am not a person that usually gets excited about politics, however I am now. I will vote Obama for president in 08 if he is on the ticket. He is utterly amazing!!!

So please correct me if I'm wrong with the following:

Hillary accepted money from PAC
Took money from her Senator's fundraising purse
Used some of her own money
Her 5 hip-pocket endorsers money

and she's the front runner?

How in the hell did that happen? From the last time I look these are not everyday voters. Just how much money came from real voters besides her husband?
