I'd like to see all our rights restored. (Abolish the patriot act)
Balance the budget again
Use more diplomacy, use war as a very last result.
Both parties brought towards the center.
The left accept the second amendment as one of the Rights.
Border security, not just in Mexico. Ports and Canada also
Bring the undocumented out of the shadows and document them. Send felons back to their country.
Right accept th right to choose. (even if I don't like it, less back alley abortions)
Education should be far more structured and graduation should be expected, not glorified.
Public service or Army for 2 years to pay for college. (What about the boarder for training?)
Everyone should be afforded higher learning, we are falling behind.
Special interest off the hill.
Pollution cut down 25% across the board
Legalize Marijuana and tax it ending the black market and jail time.
More low cost housings
I've got more for later.

I would like to see some serious changes in our health care system, the national debt to be paid, To know that we are really upholding the intentions of our constitution. To close those borders and return to a fair immigration policy and make all stick to what ever the policy is. To gain respect of other countries--In other words, if the current situation was my own life-- I would get a divorce, change jobs, move to a new location- I would pretty much change everything. ButI recognize that I do not have the answer to this question. I have not seen a party yet that I could totally agree with. I am not very happy with any of them and I wish I could start the "New Improved Party" -- one that actually gave a darn about me as a citizen, one that actually used some brains in dealing with issues and world situations. I guess the answer is that I am just idealistic and I have to live in the "real" world. Changes? I think the real problem in our society is that the politicians run for office appear to be wonderful -get toWashington and then just start playing the game, working the system and lose sight of what they had once promised to those of us who voted for them. Where is Mr. Smith when we need him?

I think the biggest problem in this country is the lobby system it creates a trickle down effect into everything that the government runs which is just about everything. So I would have to say lobby reform, once you take the greed out of politics politicians actually would do the right thing I believe.Hell we can even double every politicians salary and still be way ahead of the game.

I would like to see some changes in our welfare system. If a woman has a child out of wedlock and needs help, help her. But do not increase the amount of money for the 2nd, 3rd and 4th child. Stop disability checks to drunks and crackheads. This would allow us to channel that money into the Social Security system so we can take care of the people who have been working productive members of our society, instead of enslaving a generation of people who live off these handouts instead of getting a job and taking on the responsibility for their own lives.

1. Impose large tax penalties on energy companies who post record profits while consumers pay record prices.
2. Impose caps on how much money CEOs make annually of corporations that are publicly traded & provide services to all consumers (energy, healthcare, insurance, etc...).
3. CONTROL immigration.
4. SECURE our borders to the threat of terrorism.
5. Bring our brave troops home from Iraq and get them out of harm's way. Let Iraq fight their civil war if they want, Saddam is long gone.
6. Reduce the deficit without raising taxes for middle class families.
7. Provide incentives for companies & consumers who produce & purchase energy efficient products to make them more affordable. Impose penalties for those that don't.
8. Impose large tax penalties on companies that cut jobs but do not reduce salaries of CEO's and other high ranking officials who make millions.
9. Restore the rest of the world's confidence in the greatest country on Earth, THE U.S.A.
10. Make us proud to be Americans again.

CEO's make millions of dollars a year. Workers make barely survival scale. I would like the gap to close and salary restrictions made. Lets have the stockholder get more instead of their CEO's owning private jets.
I would also like to see ALL politicians get paid according to productivity for their constituants. Half these clowns don't always vote or attend meetings. What sickens me even more is they have the ability to VOTE THEMSELVES RAISES. Let's let the voters control that!

An end to selfish behaviour types; a stark realisation that we are all brothers and sisters; a deeper love rather than emnity.
Let's remember the time of year we are in, and remember His example.
