officials? I was taught from a very young age that if you don't exercise your right to vote, you give up your right to complain. Anyone agree with that? This is a 2 part question. Please respond to both parts. Thanx in advance!

The AND WHY? Is important. What issues are important to you in a candidate? Why do you think this person is the right candidate to be the president of the United States?

I think it's fair to say that Hillary, Obama or Richardson would head the ticket, but wouldn't it be much stronger with Gore's name appended?

Each election in the United States is accompanied by a lot of consternation about people who do not vote. For example, bumper stickers saying “I voted, don’t blame me” show up regularly. Using economics, explain why some people choose not to vote

Are politicians so callous to poverty because they live at the expense of public expenditure in sprawling bungalows in posh localities? How can we make the representatives to be elected to the parliament and state assemblies and give a small quarter to live in slums without power, proper drinking water, muddy environs, lack of pucca roads?

Mrs. Clinton, if elected, would be the first woman to become president after her husband had *relations* with an intern in the Oval Office.

I think so.In the aftermath of everyone's anger with Bush they have gone ahead and done the one think that will assure them the Democrats will not hold the oval office in 2009.

A Female (Of all people her) & a Black Man.
There is no way Hillary Clinton & Obama have the slightest prayer of winning this Election. They could not have been as cocky as think that now was the time for a move like this.Giuliani is president in 2009.
Anyone agree?

And why is he trying to pass himself off as a Christian? Is he afraid that as a Muslim he will not be able to get the nomination??

You Dems crack me up with all your in-fighting then blame it all on the Republicans. Any half whitt with a decent connection to the internet can find the truth about it. Of course the Dem leadership doesn't give any credit to their supporters and assume you all are only quarter whitts.

Im curious as to why smaller parties run in Presedential Elections when they are only going to win .1% of the votes. On local or even state I can see why as it helps your policitcal career or whatever. But on a presidential run do these parties do it to enhance their political careers or are their other benifits or are they simply running because they can and believe that doing somethin is better than nothing. ? thanks,

Suppose they each complete a 1,000 question multiple choice exam with every possible question relative to their electability. Then, the American people would have a better insight as to a candidate's positions. Their answers could be posted on the internet for instant access.
