I think it's fair to say that Hillary, Obama or Richardson would head the ticket, but wouldn't it be much stronger with Gore's name appended?

Excuse me for pointing this out but there is NO ELECTION for the vice president.
You vote for the Presidents and/or his/her party and the VP is his/her running mate........you get the VP that the candidate chose to run along side him/her.
