I think you are delusional. the war was the main issue in the Republican's defeat in the midterms. What has changed? Bush did the Dems a great service today by saying he was the "decision maker" in Iraq. if things continue to go the way they have, he will be held solely responsible, and like it or not, that does not bode well for the Republicans. Liberals are liberal. They will elect a woman or a black man. Obama or Hillary only need 51%, as Bush has proved in the past.

The Republican religious conservatives voting for a cross-dressing twice-divorced pro-abortion candidate? I don't think so.
Good or bad, people have made up their minds on Hillary. Obama is an awesome speaker, but has little legislative work.
However, the increasingly unpopular war in Iraq (67% disapproving) and the unstinting support for it in the Republican party will cause even more losses in 2008 than 2006.

My vote is for Tancredo, someone who will be realistic about the 11-15 million illegals in this country.

Guliani is a RINOS except when it comes to dealing with terrorism and is a New Yorker, anti-gun, pro-choice RINO otherwise.
My reaction to the current crop of RINOS was to vote libertarian, which likely helped the Dems gain power..
If the dems want to win they need to get an idea of what the US voters really want. Immigration Control, Spending cuts, and winning the wars we fight instead of running from them.

I agree that it's a little early for a woman to run and win a Presidential election. It will be interesting to watch. I would have to review Giuliani's platform, because I'm not sure where he stands on a few issues, but I do like him. It's possible I'd vote for him if he ran.

I sure hope not! I don't have too much against Guiuliani. He seems sincere (as sincere as a politician can be). Almost anyone would be better than Bush. (any Bush, please no Jeb ever)
I just think America really needs the values of a Democrat right now!!!! For example not going against the U.N. in many issues, really doing something about global warming & taking care of the less fortunate of the country.
