Hi:
I just received a jury summon. It tells me to call them or check online 1 day before the summon date for instruction, and I was wondering, if there is a message indicated there is no juror needed on my summon date, do I still need to go to the court or I just ignore it and go to work?

I want to file a complaint but I am afraid that the whole situation will get worse and the person will retalitate against me. I also feel guilty for letting it go on for so long and not nipping it in the bud. I thought that the person was a friend and had conversations about life, politics, etc. However, this person has been taking it the wrong way and turning the conversation sexual, and saying demeaning things about women in general, and commenting on other females coworkers body parts just to get a reaction. I hate to get people in trouble. But I think the fact that this guy is staying two hours past his shift to talk to me is a bit weird, especially since we have no relationship outside of work. If I avoid talking to him he is offended. I don't like to be a *****, and have all of my other co-workers who are nice walking on ice around me. My husband said that if the woman is talking to the man then its her fault if she gets harassed.

IN FACT HE IS IN THE CAPITOL CITY OF ALBANY.I admit the reason are personal but he still is snubbing his nose at the law.Oh yeah..his room mate has a warrant as well.Just not sure if police will listen or follow up if I just call and give them the info.I want to be sure soemthing is done .

When the President first took office in 1789, the population census in America( the 13 original colonies) was roughly 4 million people (including slaves).

And today's census includes over 300 million people with still one person at the helm.

I am stunned . Judge Tolar has just explained my entire mantra of how 'Hatred Blocks Rational Thought' .. . . . . . Including the cure !!(while being interviewed)

She explained that if you hate someone or strongly dislike someone who directly affects your life , it is YOU who must make a choice . You must choose whether your hatred or strong dislike for that person(Bush) is stronger , than your Love for other people(USA) . And that continued hatred serves no good for anyone(I think I love that woman) .She went on to say that people lose rationale when they're consumed by hatred or discontent . And within the criminal justice world and the real world, it is the haters who cannot see . Outstanding !!

OK Haters , you have a choice. . . .. . Decide now whether your hatred or strong dislike for the President is stronger than your love for our country . Here's your golden opportunity to be progressive and change . Turn over a new leaf for yourself .

I live in a city with a very high crime rate, and usually all crimes are drug-related. If drugs were legal and sold for cheap prices at drug stores wouldn't that help cut down on crime a lot?

and he keeps winning votes than he should be in power as long as he keeps winning election. Frankin D. Roosevelt served many terms and I heard thats why they changed the law. I think it's pure bullsh^t. If we want him there than what's the problem with that.
