LOL...abortion IS a death penalty with a rate of innocent execution equaling 100%.

However..the choice for the death penalty of an adult is made by 12 jurors...only 23 possible innocent's executed out of 7000...and that works better for me.

A sperm is not a human -- each man kills millions of them each day.

An egg is not a human -- each woman kills one each month.

A blastopore or blastocyst is not a human -- it is only a bunch of cells without human consciousness.

An embryo in development before brain development or neural development is also not a human and without consciousness.

A fetus that has developed
neurons and a brain
can feel pain and has
crossed the thresh hold to humanity and
should be spared.

A criminal who commits a heinous crime is a human and should be afforded the injunction against killing and toward forgiveness as per christian dogma,
suffering loss of freedom for life gives them a chance of redemption with god even if society does not forgive them and is therefore preferable to playing god and killing in opposition to his rule.

Pro-choice based on science. (for the innocent)
Pro-life based on religion. (for the guilty)

I fell it should be allowed, but there has to be justice. Mandatory DNA tests, second offender, or 2 credible witnesses. The guilt has to be proven.
