How long does a DUI stay on your record? The mistake happend 6 years ago. I'm wondering to know if I can get a job that requires no DUI's (on your record or can they find out otherwise?) I turned 21 and even 25 since then. It's a valet parking job. Can you also have 3 speeding tickets in 5 years, and none in 3 years? Then the 6 year old MISDOMEDOR, not felony, of fleeing police in a motor vehicle. I drove 80,000 miles as a courier, ticket free after all this, great huh? thanks

Why is the media not reporting this story? A second global 9-11 was crushed today. 172 terrorist attempting to blow-up oil production in the Middle East with suicide airplanes was stopped. Gas prices shot up as a reaction but the only story on CNN is Pat Tillman and Anna Nicole Smith's baby, and liberals call Conservatives naive?

I see dumb cops with the motive in front of their faces are still spending tax payers money on looking for a motive that most smart people already know what the motive is thanks to the killers message and mass media. It's straight to the point unless your are cop?

Is thier a revenge motive from the department of justice to find someone else to punish for this sad event, sence they cannot punish the dead?

Can someone help make sense of this wasted energy of fighting crime?

Both Hillary and Obama voted yes to reauthorize the Patriot Act so why do you support a candidate who voted to have your rights taken away?

I've heard about so many soldiers deploying and their spouse divorces them while they are gone or has papers waiting when the soldiers returns. I was of the understanding that according to the soldier and sailor act that no civil action shall be taken against a service member while that person is deployed to a war zone and not on U. S. soil. So how are these people getting divorced or separated while the soldier is deployed?

This wasn't a war on terrorism...it was a secret political agenda for Cheney, the former CEO of Halliburton to pump oil & $$$$ from USA through IRAQ and back into his pockets...why didn't we just NUKE Iraq, give Bush & Co. however much those greedy slobs wanted and then pocket the majority of the rest for ourselves, the American public? With all the dead in Iraq, that adds up to the same death toll if we used nukes against them anyways! LOL

I think the media is bumping up barak and hilary too much has anyone even looked at the other candidates? At the democratic debate on tv I thought the old guy mike gravel and dennis kucinich is a better candidate then all the rest, why? They are realist and have ample time in public service, mike has 50 years experience and knows whats real, and does'nt beat around the bush. He's for grassroot movements. He is the only democrat that is for the fair tax a bill that would solve many huge problems like illegal immigrants, getting rid of the irs, a closer a more possible universal health care, and many more things. He knows exactly how to get things done. In 50 years of service he has seen all the crooked ways of congress and knows how to make things happen so there is no loopholes and excuses. Those are my two cents. People should vote for better and faster ways to improve life not by popularity contest.

Earlier this week someone posted a question about the British National Party. The question got a huge response - over 140 answers. As you can expect the answers were varied but it showed that young people were and are interested in politics. Today I have noticed that Yahoo has removed the question.

Yahoo continues to do this without any explanation. The questions just disappear. Don't you feel they are making fools of us? We spend our time considering and typing our answers only for them to be deleted.

I remember last year Yahoo agreed with China to censure some web media also so they could enter the Chinese market.

How can we collectively demonstrate to Yahoo that we are unhappy with the way they delete questions without explanation. I'm really getting annoyed with them for controlling our freedom of speech in this way. Are you?

Could it be they will step in and stop it if its gets out of hand and causes widespread diaster? If it comes to that, and its true, I'd put my faith in the UFOs than our own military or any other earthly military. One thing is for certain, A UFO landing & communication with them, will bring us together with peach for all.

As a citizen of the United States I have every right to make grievances about the government and the way it’s managed. Some people argued that it’s a disgrace to bash your president. Personally, I don’t support anything that Bush does, but I still love this nation.

Our landlord is asking us his tennants to pay the bill for water and sewage on the apartment we rent from him. We pay all utilities (Heat, hot water, electric) as well. I always thought that Water and sewage were the legal responsibility of the landlord.
We are in NJ. Any help would be great.

On a traffic stop in Illinois I declared I had a gun. The cop took the gun (which was in a zipped casing in the back seat) and ammunition from another bag. I wasn't charged with anything for transporting the gun, and the serial number cleared. However, they confiscated the gun (I got an evidence sheet saying they took it) until I could provide proof of ownership(a receipt or something). I mean to contact legal advice, but from a general view does this seem like an illegal seizure?
