How long does a DUI stay on your record? The mistake happend 6 years ago. I'm wondering to know if I can get a job that requires no DUI's (on your record or can they find out otherwise?) I turned 21 and even 25 since then. It's a valet parking job. Can you also have 3 speeding tickets in 5 years, and none in 3 years? Then the 6 year old MISDOMEDOR, not felony, of fleeing police in a motor vehicle. I drove 80,000 miles as a courier, ticket free after all this, great huh? thanks

DUIs remain in your record until you request that it be expunged after a long period of time that you have not committed another offense.
