No offense but if you have noticed it, Mexicans are very patriotic to Mexico, but they hate it there. Just because the U.S. offers jobs isn't a legit answer because a lot of immigrants "not only mexicans" just live here on welfare and section 8. And do not even look for a job. I do not understand. Back in the 1900s Russian immigrants from the communist U.S.S.R. didn't go around being Nationalists in the U.S. thats why they came here. I believe ILLEGAL immigration is a problem. If you want to come here at least come with documents, and if you have no way of getting any then I guess you lucked out or need to work harder. Life isnt fair... Right, you cant pick your life, sometimes you get a shitty deal.

Or is this up to the police officer, his discretion? Can they deny me this. Is there a particular law or right I have to do so or which allows me to do so? Seems they are taking sides and hey the crime is being committed on me. Mainly harrasment but the officer claims that since he did not witness anyone breaking the law then he will not allow me to sign a ticket. What are my rights?

It's simple enough that even you should be able to do it. Present one single, concrete, supporting SHRED of scientific evidence that varifies the alarmists' theory of man-induced global warming.

it was small violations that always got my license suspended , i let my insurance run out and because i have to have sr-22 my liscense got suspended again but i did have insurance again when i got caught for driving under suspension i just had'nt went and got my liscense back but i'm going to next week so do you think I'll be able to keep them

Sure, there's so much room for cheats, like getting information from an opposing paralegal...but you can say the same thing about stockbrokers: there are a lot of ways you can get unauthorized financial information about a company to illegally make money off the stock market. Yes, it happens but not to the degree that it threatens the integrity of the stock market; so we don't have reason to think that it'll be fatal to a courtroom betting industry.
