I recently recieved a speeding ticket in Mississippi while driving back to Kentucky. I know that some states do not have reciprocal reporting of tickets. My question is, can I ignore the mississippi ticket? If so, does it mean I can't be caught in mississippi again, or what will happen. Also my ticket would have cost about 140 in KY but theres no list of fines for the MS ticket, I have to call someone who's never in... any idea what it is?

I know Involuntary Manslaughter is an unintentional killing that results from recklessness or criminal negligence, or from an unlawful act and is a crime in which the victim's death is unintended. But lets say you were walking with a friend and all of a sudden you trip over something and as a natural reaction you grab onto something to break your fall but that something happened to be your friend and they fall with you, they end up banging their head on a rock and die and you are perfectly ok. Would this be a form of manslaughter and if so what kind?

Why don't any US politicians sue people (such as Coulter etc.) for defamation? It happens elsewhere?? I can just imagine the huge windfall these guys would probably get if any of them decided to sue people who make wild allegations against them. Probably would pay for their whole Presidential Campaigns.

I've heard of grants, but dont know much about them. Every time I try to research about them, someone wants to sell me something. I'm pretty sure I could apply and get one, but I dont know how.

I'm 19 y/o, 9 months pregnant, and for obvious reasons, unemployed.
