Had to endure eight months of therapy (therapist and psychiatrist) and medication due to panic attacks and depression from serious back injury that happened at former employer. Now WC is sending me for my "rate and release". My neighbor said I should take the pathetic settlement cash and pay an attorney to sue for punitive damages. What do you think?

It's Saturday morning, 3am, you're throwing up outside a nightclub and you see a fight, nothing new there but its between 17 skinheads and 300 police officers on horseback. Noticing one of the horses collapsing under a new wave of broken bottles and paving slabs you start to feel hungry and decide you want a kebab, only to discover you have run low on funds.

Pausing for a cigarette while the few mounted police still standing call for air support you notice that a police officer has lost his walkie talkie and appears to be trying to raise help with his entertainment centre remote control, you guess he must have left the house in a hurry. Who could blame our brave men in blue when they feel let down by their communications providers? So, your TV remote has the same numeric layout as chip and pin and as at the ATM, but wait a minute, didn't that fight start because the queue at the ATM was too long? You scratch your head, walk back inside the nightclub and look for bar snacks.

Shyster: Someone who acts in an unethical, unscrupulous way. Especially in the practice of law AND POLITICS. A con-artist.
Could anyone who argues that he has the right to torture, as Bush's Presidential attachment to the McCane antitorture bill states, really believe himself to be a Christian? Or has President Bush declared himself to be a born again Christian purely for political gain?

Explain how historical revisionists can use the term "Separation of Church and State";
Coined by Thomas Jefferson in the Danbury Baptist letter which describes how the Constitution prevents any specific sect of Christianity from rising to control of the United States and which is closed with a generic Christian Blessing,
The SCOTUS split decision in McCollum vs the school board (1947) (referencing the Everson decision),
The Virginia Declaration of Religious Freedom, which invokes a generic Christian God as the ultimate authority in support of freedom of religion,
And finally the Treaty with Tripoli which describes the founding of the United States in Religious Freedom but not as being an irreligious nation,
to represent some ideology of the separation of Church and State being in the constitution while at the same time authorizing their violation of the Constitution (Article VI) by testing candidates for public office on their religious views.

On the news: the prison system has "lost" several hundred offenders, deportation orders for overseas offenders have been forgotten, that's for a start.
430 new taxes since Labour came to power. Cost of living increased and value of old-age pensions fallen. Council tax through the roof. Unemployment figures being massaged to disguise the true large numbers.
The UK Independence Party (UKIP) pledges to address these issues and has increased its membership enormously over the last twelve months. How many of these new members have come from disenchanged ex-Labour, ex-Tory and ex-Liberal supporters?

KC V and Nancy W I appreciate the fact that you think that the Law Guardian has not acted inappropriate, but she has. The court date in question came up after I was already gone!! My attorney appeared in my absense. The moving van was at my friends store! She was letting a family that was in the military keep it there until the next day!! If she wasn't acting inappropriate how do you explain not calling on the plates to see who it was rented by?? I hope you never find yourself in a similar situation. You can stay oblivious until then. You never heard about someone being convicted of a crime they did not commit? Thank you for your help

Is it time for America to legalize drugs?

Alcohol and cigarettes kill far more people than all of the illegal drugs combined, but they're legal.

Also, thanks to the war on drugs, we have the largest prison population in the world. There are only 10 million prisoners in the whole world, but 2 million of them are here in America (4% of the world's population but 20% of the world's prisoners) We lock up more people than China, North Korea, Cuba, Saudi Arabia and Iran combined - and most of our prisoners are locked up because they got caught selling drugs.

Why not do the smart thing - legalize drugs, restrict their sale to people over age 21 and tax and license the drug dealers? In other words, why not treat drugs the same way we treat liquor and tobacco?

Saying that Bush should clean up his mess before leaving office seems to hide her fear that Irak is too tough a situation for her to handle. Those are her words not mine.

I think I can afford a place in compton because it is cheaper than surrounding areas. I heard that song, "Straight outta Compton" and read about all the murders they have and now I'm, not sure its such a hot idea. Will it be OK or will someone scream 1 8 7 on me?

Who is it they are occupying? Trans-Jordanians? I can support Palestinians be treated with dignity, but the whole idea that the Jihad and Hamas are 'resistance fighters' seems like it was made up by the liberal media.
