Hypothetically-
Your husband/wife's ex spouse passes away and the child/children are then fully raised for several years with the living spouse and his wife/ husband (who has been in the child's life since infancy). The husband/wife then passes away.

Do the biological grandparents or step-parent(who may or may not have other children) have more rights to raise the child?

Last week the Police were called to my property because 2 friends of mine were fighting,I calmed the situation down but the police insisted on coming in and pushed their way through my door. Because Id had a few too many I retaliated and got into a fight with the lady officer. We fell on the floor i hit her and had her by the hair,she was kicking me and trying to give as good as she was getting. She went to hospital that evening and has made a statement saying she has never been so scared! I am in court on Thurs 25 Jan 2007 and wanted to know if I will go to jail. I am a single parent of 2children. I do have previous for violence but about 3 years ago.

This question is by no means a reflection on my believes on this subject (trying to keep that out of it) However- based on stats and discussions- It always seems that more men are pro-life vs. the women.

There seems to be a lot of dictatorial mentalities hiding behind the stained cloak of democracy.

Ideally, I suppose, one vote should get you one share of everything in that community.

Conservative Democrats are P.O.d about her heavy handed tactics and her failure to follow through on bipartisanship. Many areworried her left-coast style will doom them in their districts. Will she end up being the doom of the recently elected majority?

No demerit points for this offense, however, I'd like to fight it. Can anyone suggest what the best course of action is. Anyone with personal experience (specific to 15 km's or so over and no points)? Did you fight it? How was your experience in court. What argument did you use?? Thanks a lot!

It was found on many Web site news stories that they are attempting to change the Constitution just so Arnie can run for President. As you are all aware, our Constitution does NOT allow anyone who is not a U.S. Citizen to run for President of the United States. Do you feel that his attempts to make it to the White House would justify this change. I do not.

Our forefathers had several reasons for make this specific law and I do not feel it would be justifiable. Do you?

For your info Israel openly admitted using them with their war with Hezbollah incase you want to question the validity. Since when did Israel become above International law? If Hezbollah used them, would the world have reacted differently?

Why do the law restrict us kids to to get alcohol until the age of 21? Most countries only do so til we are 18 and some even 16. Its unfair! And besides there is no justification for preventing us to drink it out of free will if we do so in moderation. They say all citizens have a right to make own life choices and that kid got the same rights as adults as humans yet we are being treated unequal.
