No demerit points for this offense, however, I'd like to fight it. Can anyone suggest what the best course of action is. Anyone with personal experience (specific to 15 km's or so over and no points)? Did you fight it? How was your experience in court. What argument did you use?? Thanks a lot!

I did worse and won twice in court. We are allowed to delay twice and then the cop`s recolection of event will be worse or he won`t show. He didn`t show. Could have been on vacation or whatever. Judge threw it out. I walked !
Challenge accuracy of his pacing you or when the radar gun was last calibrated. If other cars were around you...he could have beamed the wrong car. There are many ways to win.

I beat a jaywalking ticket once by getting the cop to agree I was in no danger.

just pay the ticket. don't speed and you wont get in trouble.
