I had a hearing for my social security and the judge made a decison... How long does it take for the writers to write it up and send it to me?

Would there be any value in attempting to help them or make counseling available to people who fit the profile of serial killers, serial rapists, serial child abusers, before they ply their trade for the first time? Would such a person seek or accept help? Could lives be saved? Am I being overly optimistic?

It's not that I think we are being too hard on them. Personally, I don't care if they rot in hell.

It's just that if we wait until they've killed 3 or more people before we begin to profile, identify, pursue, prosecute, or find other ways to stop them., are we not doing society a disservice?

I strongly suggest you turn off your internet and your television. Quite simply, they lie. They lie in the morning, they lie in the afternoon, they lie in the evening. In fact, they are lying right now.
You must understand the liberal media, the liberals and democrats that control the media are pulling the wool over your eyes. Together they have a vested interest in seeing Bush and America suffer. Every piece of bad news is another feather in their cap - they have no regard for our country - and rest assured, are relentless in their pursuit for discouraging news. It will not stop. It can't. If America triumphs and turns Iraq into a fully functioning and prosperous nation; the Democrats lose. And they know this.
I could go for days on this subject but realize that peoples attention spans are quite short - these days - so I'll finish up.
If you are interested in reading the truth, or should I say the "the whole story" about Terrorism, Iraq, Foreign Relations and liberals read these
1) " The West's last Chance" -
2) "New Glory;"
3)"America Alone"
4) "Of Paradise and Power"
5) "Cousins and Strangers"
6) "Deliver Us From Evil"
7) " Leaving the Left" - read this second
8) "Conservative Comebacks to Liberal Lies" -read this first
9) " Anti-Americanism
10) " Whats so great about America"
11) "End-Game"
12) "Culture Warrior"

Serious replies only -- preferably from Taiwanese people or someone otherwise familiar with Taiwanese politics. My question is not meant to be mocking; I am genuinely interested in the underlying dynamics of this phenomenon.

I mean, instead of debatting issues, all these Americans get into their brains that people who disagree with them are "anti-american" and blaming america first.

The whole point of a democracy is you CAN discuss issues and improve things. If you are afraid to consider things done by one's own country honestly, have can you improve. On an issue by issue basis, people will disagree, but there exists a forum to discuss it.

Some people seem to be afraid of the forum. Does that mean they are afraid their opponents have some truth to their arguments?

Ok so my boyfriend was staying at his brothers house for a while. His brother had this drug guy living there too. One morning my boyfriend, the drug guy, and a girl were in the house and it got raided. Cops claimed that my boyfriend took possession of everything so they only arrested him! This was a year ago and he still hasn't even had trial. they keep continuing it for one reason or another. Is this a good sign?
Do they really have a case considering the only real evidence they have against him is a little baggy of residue with one fingerprint? Theyhave nothing else. They don't even have proof that he was even staying at the house! Are they just stalling or are they really going to try him.

He caught 3 charges... trafficing, manufacturing, and poss. of paraphanelia.

What are the chances of him really getting convicted for something he didn't do?

My attorney basically keeps saying theres nothing we can do since Im at the top of the state's table. Can she do this ANY time? Can I file if I make less next year? Should I expect to have to pay her legal fees?

while on my cell phone, usually when i'm talking to certain people, i get "feed-back" type echoing of what i'm saying. (that's the only way i can describe it). like the type you get when you call a radio station and you forget to turn your radio down while you're on the air. i believe, well i don't really want to believe it (but i'm certain, although i can't understand why) my conversations are being listened in on. by whom??? of course i can't point the finger, but in light of all that's going on now, WHAT THE HELL. so my question is has this happened to anyone else. (like a pattern type thing, not random either. only when you talk to certain people, etc....................) AND what do you think about it???

My gf and I have been together for 4 years. She is an EU member and does not have a greencard. It is becoming difficult for her to find a job and I am the one who pays the bills. If I move to Europe our situation would be reversed. I love the U.S, but I also love her and I am torn between moving to Europe to be with her or staying here by myself.
