Why is the press so impressed with this person? He never gets asked a tough question. He reminds me of another lightweight -- John Edwards.

Both one term senators. Big deal. Where are these two men's answers to the issues of the day?

When was the last time this country elected a member of the senate much less a one term senator?

Obama gets free ride because he's black and Edwards because he's pretty.

Why does the press think their **** doesn't stink?

many times i have heard on here that the illegals are doing us a favor as our growing elderly population is growing so, them paying into our social security will help us(hmm mrrm ) . well what about all the elderly they are leaving behind in mexico evidently the president of mexico thinks its a big problem he is offering companies incentives to pay young Mexicans higher wages. giving them an incentive to stay home and develop higher skills. This loss of labor can't go on forever. Mexico is losing people as it is (growth has slowed to 1.16% from 1.53% in 2000)
Calderon is up against not just market forces. Mexico's young people are leaving for El Norte even before they start looking for work in Mexico because their peers are doing it.

It also complements Calderon's emphasis on the rule of law. Unlike his predecessor, Vicente Fox, who sought amnesty for illegals in the U.S., he is urging the U.S. to accept more legal workers to end border chaos.

people who live in rural areas acceptable, but not of others?

An example of the stereotyping I'm talking about is calling people living in rural areas (a majority of which are conservative) "Billy Bobs" "Red Necks" and "Inbreeders", among others?

Is this another form of Liberal Hypocrisy? (Seeing as how I've only seen liberals call rural Americans such, I've decided to make that my question)

If we make Healthcare and Education free and compulsory for children at a uniform level throughout the country. Which are the major areas where our country could benefit.

These employees are illegal but have have tax id's they pay taxes. He deducts money for varies reasons. He also is hostile with them.Three of these employees quit and he refused to pay them for their last two weeks they worked.I know of the abuse of these emplooyees , have seen it with my own eyes.He has a contract with the company that I worked for.What can I do to help these people?

I believe the war in Iraq is about oil but after reading some answers from previous questions i asked which say it was about UN resolutions i want to ask these questions.

How many UN resolutions did the Iraqis ignore before they were invaded ?

How many UN resolutions have Israel ignored & how many more do they have to ignore before they are bombed and invaded ?

I know Israel have ignored some but how many

This is a serious question i am not trying to wind people up this time so please give serious answers because all i hear is hypocrisy when i read and hear what the American & British goverments say about the war in Iraq.

,who actually know who the insurgents/terrorists are unlike the US military, will have no problem winning the war by themselves? The US military did there job and they did it well & now it's time to come home as heroes. (FYI: the Iraqi (shiite) army hates the Sunni terrorists just as much as we do).

I just found out today my landlord has not paid his mortgage for over 5 months, and owes over 89K on it.
