MY Co-workers and all took one. what will happen if the innocent one failed and the criminal passes? Can a polygraph be used against you? What would you do if you owned this business? would you fire the one who failed?

He says recent Iraq violence shows "terrorists have voted Democrat" On the October 19 edition of his radio show, Rush Limbaugh declared that the recent surge in insurgent violence in Iraq indicates that "terrorists around the world, particularly those in Iraq, are voting Democrat today." Limbaugh maintained that "the terrorists, the Islamofascists, the jihadists" are the "key voters in this year's election," ?

I am currently a freshman in college studying Arabic and International Relations. Unfortunately, the school is good at marketing, but the programs are pretty terrible. Also, I have always wanted to join the army for a while for the experience and to hopefully make a difference. Thus, I have two options the way I see it.
I can transfer to another school that is pretty good, but that I'm not crazy about, get my degree, then hopefully use the Army's college loan repayment program to pay for school since I won't be getting any scholarships as a transfer student.
Or, I can join the army now, and come back to school once my time is up. In this way, I'd be able to apply as a freshman (and be eligible for more scholarships) and use the GI Bill to help pay for school. Also, this way I'd have a good chance of attending my dream school, Columbia, which has a special program for those who've been away from education for a while.

Straightforward, I thought. Divide everything (not much!) between five people. Individual items to those who liked them. But what if I won some money? I'd like to leave more to my godchild if so.

What if my apartment is worth less when I die, but is worth keeping as it will be worth more later on? Rent it out instead of selling it? Which should I direct my executor to do? I don't have much except a place to live, and I know I should make a will.

And should I pay a lawyer or have a relative as executor? OK, I know what a lawyer will tell me - but at least they are being paid for the inconvenience?
Should I say one-sixth of everything goes to the executor? Any thoughts? I do know two friends whose fathers didn't even make a will, and it was tough. I wouldn't wish that on anyone who outlives me. I wish I knew how, though! Has anyone ever made a will that says 20% each to A,B,C,D,E?

A guy e-mailed me pictures of an M1A1 paratrooper rifle with my grandfathers name and serial number on the sling. The name and number matches, but how do I know this guy didnt write it on himself? Anyone who has ever been a supervisor knows that a GOOD supervisor is the one that goes un-noticed... to lead is to delegate.. not to do it all yourself... so why is the US trying to do it all by itself? when leaders try to do it by themselves it blows up.. I've seen it many times myself.. and nations are no different. A good leader puts the people in place who can do the job the best.. that is the role of a leader... so WHY can't the US be the good world leader we want it to be and ask the correct nations to come into Iraq and help them because there are BETTER choices for this than the US! (Pakistan for example)
