This guy is only hurting his own party when it comes to independent voters with his idiotic comments. Dems have a comfortable lead and Kerry is hurting it among the swing voters, is it time someone took him "off the field." ?

The 4th Amendment guarantees the right to be secure against unreasonable searches and seizures. The US courts have held that a wiretap is an unreasonable search unless it is executed upon a valid warrant. Sen. John Kerry joined most of his Democratic colleagues last week in voting to build a wall along 370 miles of the U.S.-Mexican border. "I voted for it," Kerry acknowledged Friday while speaking to the New England Council breakfast.

Quotes in Boston Herald, the Massachusetts Democrat added: "If I were making the long-term decision, I’d announce, you know, hopefully it’s a temporary measure, and we can take it down as soon as we have enough people" to guard the border.

I understand that men are more hormonal but how does feeling justify doing? Please give a serious answer with some thought.

And why is it respected? It actually makes me think less of men. I just see them as loose, contemptable, unrespectable sex objects.

Should we set up an arena fighting system, take them in off the streets and have them compete in some sort of cage for food, cash, or booze. If so, should there be weapons involved or just hand-to-hand?

OR Should we consider them as an alternate food source (ie soylent green) perhaps shipping this food off to famine stricken countries such as Etheopia and India

Will there be revolution?

It's pretty clear they are due for some losses. If they don't have those losses, does that mean the voting system has been compromised?

If the democracy is compromised, what do we do next?

I am looking for an attorney to handle a case in which an abused 15-year-old juvenile, who was forced into a situation whereby he did something foolish and shot and killed someone, is in need of an attorney. Actually, the boy has been appointed a public defender, but a pro-bono attorney is needed to file a "John Doe Proceeding" complaint at the courthouse in Baraboo, WI against the boy's father, who is the one who abused the boy. The charge would center around the father not adequately storing and locking his guns. It would be ideal to have an attorney in Baraboo handle the case, but Madison is not too far away - only about 50 miles. Details of the case and witnesses will be supplied to the attorney. You can email me with details if you are, or know of, such an attorney.
Thanks, Joe Conrad

A war happens when two instutions break down on negotiations over a view they severely disagree on, right? So what is the US the war in Iraq about again, and can anyone define what the US is hoping to achieve by winning it? What is a win again in this situation?

And why would it be considered losing by pulling out? Does that infer that by staying the US is winning?

No issues, no opinions, just distorting the enemies words and attacking them ruthlessly under a banner of nationalism.

BUSH WAS A DRAFT DODGER
KERRY PROUDLY SERVED

Why does President George W Bush not apologize to those he served with for leaving them without his assistance? Does he think he's too good for them?

I'm sorry, this is just going too far. The Republicans either need to get a grip on reality, or get out our this great nation.

I can remember when Repubilcans actually had a vision for America, now they just have a blindfold, a gag, and a thirty minute session of waterboarding!
(please disregard last clause, that's biased)

God Bless all of you!

When people post snippets of Kerry insulting troops, other people scream "you took it out of context!" but when the Democrats do that (every day) no one makes a peep? Is hypocrisy one of those traits that we only see in others, but never in ourselves?
