I understand that men are more hormonal but how does feeling justify doing? Please give a serious answer with some thought.

And why is it respected? It actually makes me think less of men. I just see them as loose, contemptable, unrespectable sex objects.

It's the old double standard. A father admires his son when he gets it regularly, but tends to be uptight when his daughter is the one getting it.

There is a certain inborn tendency for men to play the field, while women tend to try to domesticate a single male, just for the sake of her children.

Nonetheless, men have learned (if only by reading about it in other cases) that infidelity destroys marriages, and ultimately makes the man unhappy.

Still, lots of men would love to follow the Hugh Hefner route.

it isn't OK, and it isn't respected. Not according to my morals and values. Morals and Values-you know, those things that teach us right from wrong. Whom ever told you that being promiscuous is OK and respected, by either male or female, does not, in my opinion, acceptable morals or values, I pity him/her. I believe you will find the right answer, the one you'll be able to make sense of, by listening to your own voice. Like shoplifting,as a kid you may have been tempted, it was your "voice" morals and values that said it was wrong.

I never thought it was ok or respected for men or women. I disagree that society thinks it's OK. That's just Jerry Springer and Maury Povich and we all know about them. :>l

There are double standards that go each way. This is true for any two groups.
