clearly, there ARE small groups of terrorists all over the world, but has anyone actually PROVEN that this universal vision of a super powerful, incredibly organized, terrorist "network" with sleeper cells in 65 countries actually exists? all of the uncovered "sleeper cells" that have been found in the united states have turned out to be fantasies, for example, the infamous detroit sleeper cell, which prosecuters tried to convict based on "evidence" that consisted of a group of teenagers' home video of their trip to disney land, in which a 2 second shot of a garbage can while standing in line for a ride consisted of "proof" that the individuals were planning to attack disney land (the case was later dismissed).

have the straussians finally sold us on the fear-mongering delusion that they've been working on since the cold war?

Do you really believe abortion prohibition would work better than alcohol prohibition did?

See, in my line of work you got to keep repeating things over and over and over again for the truth to sink in, to kind of catapult the propaganda.—GWB

You can't say you love your country and hate your government. – Bill Clinton

You don't get everything you want. A dictatorship would be a lot easier... So long as I'm the dictator.GWB

If the personal freedoms guaranteed by the Constitution inhibit the government's ability to govern the people, we should look to limit those guarantees. – Bill Clinton

There's an old saying in Tennessee — I know it's in Texas, probably in Tennessee — that says, fool me once, shame on — shame on you. Fool me — you can't get fooled again. -GWB

was charged with misorderly conduct and invited to court when I got to the court they told me that the charge was droped but I should pay a fine of $375.00. I deed acept paying the fine just not to draw my kid into the matter. We all used to stay together, but she started going out of the way through the help of her mom. So I disciplined her one day, but the mom seeking her own interest used the situation and took her out of the house with out telling their where about until after two weeks when mom came to the house with a police officer who told me that she asked for escort to pick up there stuffs. I with no argument told the police they were welcome and even helped her put the stuffs in the police car. And after five months I recieved an invitation to court. What can I do to get out of this? I cant afford to pay that amount now as I didn't do any thing wrong.

Unless they are responding to an emergency cops are suppose to obey all traffic laws just like everyone else. I am a truck driver and I can tell you that the vast majority of cops speed and tailgate and do it with impunity. They won't hesitate to write you a ticket for doing the exact same thing. Whats up with that? I think it is just one example of the contempt that they feel for the rest of us. They are gonna do whatever they want and who are we to question them?

If your spouse is in the military, what do you do when they are NOT deployed, but they are working non-stop and you never see them?

My husband works nights and I work days. When he does work daycrew, he usually gets called in for a couple of hours at night. We can almost never have a meal together and it seems like sheer luck if we can sleep at the same time.

I just started working two days ago. I love having a job instead of sitting around the house cleaning all day. I am not going to quit because when my husband is deployed, I want to have something to do. Plus, I have a bachelor's degree and I am going to use it.

I feel so angry at his work and sometimes at him (even though I know he can't help it) because I just want to have a nice dinner with him.

So, what do you do? How do you keep your sanity?

I have heard this many many times. If you are law enforcement, you are law enforcement 24 hours a day. Can someone explain that concept to me. When not working, sure you do soemthing if a crime is being commited in your presence, but how often does that really happen? Surely it cant be 24 hours a day right? Oh and please if you are going to leave a sarcastic comment about law enforcement, please dont. At least have respect for something if not yourself.
