was charged with misorderly conduct and invited to court when I got to the court they told me that the charge was droped but I should pay a fine of $375.00. I deed acept paying the fine just not to draw my kid into the matter. We all used to stay together, but she started going out of the way through the help of her mom. So I disciplined her one day, but the mom seeking her own interest used the situation and took her out of the house with out telling their where about until after two weeks when mom came to the house with a police officer who told me that she asked for escort to pick up there stuffs. I with no argument told the police they were welcome and even helped her put the stuffs in the police car. And after five months I recieved an invitation to court. What can I do to get out of this? I cant afford to pay that amount now as I didn't do any thing wrong.

You NEED to get yourself a GOOD Attorney, Just Explain and that is that. And just do your BEST and STAY Away and do not talk with her, UNLESS you have a Wittness. Seems like you have been and are a TARGET for being SET UP. Watch Your Back

Your best bet is to write the judge in this case a personal letter and get all this dropped on u immediately and not pay a dime.
Seems like your kindness did not pay off in this one.
When writing the judge address it Honorable--------
(whatever the judge name is. or County circuit judge.}

I feel there is more to the story. What do you mean disciplined her? What was the conduct? Why should you not pay money?
