We all know he did not win the popular vote and how shocking to be the only two term president that had major issues with both elections. We all know it's a joke that he ever was president, maybe that's why he's making such a mockery of the job.

Well whether he is legal or not he is President and your guy ain't so get over it Buddy Boy!! He was elected with a lot less trouble than JFK had in 1960. And he did not cut and run like a scalded dog as LBJ did in 1964.

Because in 2000 the Supreme Court in Bush v Gore legally ruled that Bush was to take the presidency, and since in 2004 it was uncontested, because of the legal precidents set, yes he is a legal president.

He(verry verry verry verry)sadly is legal. I have never liked Bush he makes terrible decisions. Like not pulling out of Iraq. He should it is costing like what 2 billion a week or something. 7 people die a day pretty much. He deserves to be impeaced and put in prison!!!!!

The first term he was in office, it wasn't legal to me. Gore got the majority of the votes. But he stole the election with the help of his brother Gov. of Florida Jeb Bush. The second term he
s in now, he was voted in OK.
