Impeachment is the only weapon the House of Representatives can have against the President.

Sorry folks, but it takes a 2/3 majority in BOTH the House and the Senate to overturn a presidential veto. The only power that the House solely has over the President is the power to investigate and vote on Articles of Impeachment. Even with this power the House can only vote to recommend impeachment. The Senate solely has the power to convict a President of the Articles of Impeachment.
