long before they come to pass, in fact they helped? If not you should download bearshare and download the movie[tmd] Tallegegda Nights, it is not really the movie it is a movie called Loose Change and it goes into full detail of how it was all perfectly planned out. Do you know the truth? The hole in the pentagon was not even large enough for a plane to fly through but instead a US military missile. Why do you think there were no pieces of the plane found? Do you really think the twin towers came down in less than an hour unless bombs had been placed throughout? Do you know that the planes that crashed were not even suppose to fly that day and they were the only planes flying? All others were commanded to stay grounded on that day? Find out more, you need to be informed download that movie..

Houston Chronicle-----FBI says Dallas most dangerous large city in 2005

Associated Press

NEW YORK -- New York remained the safest of the nation's 10 largest cities in 2005, with about one crime reported for every 37 people, according to FBI statistics.

The annual report "shows that our innovative efforts to reduce crime and increase New Yorkers' quality of life are working," Mayor Michael Bloomberg said in a statement Monday after the agency released the figures.

The large city with the highest crime rate was Dallas, with about one crime reported for every 12 people. Los Angeles ranked eighth, with about one crime for every 26 people.

The number of reported crimes in New York fell 4.3 percent last year, while the number nationwide dropped 1.2 percent. Police statistics show crime in the city has continued to fall this year, down 5.04 percent by Sept. 10 compared with the same period in 2005.

The national figures showed that violent crime rose 2.3 percent last year, the first increase since 2001. But in New York City, violent crimes — which include rape, murder, robbery and aggravated assault — fell 1.9 percent.

The nation's 10 largest cities in 2005, with the safest ones first.

New York: one crime per 37.38 residents.
San Jose, Calif.: one crime per 34.46 residents.
Los Angeles: one crime per 25.97 residents.
San Diego: one crime per 24.09 residents.
Chicago: one crime per 21.9 residents.
Philadelphia: one crime per 17.96 residents.
Houston: one crime per 14.17 residents.
San Antonio: one crime per 14.12 residents.
Phoenix: one crime per 14.10 residents.
Dallas: one crime per 11.79 residents.

My friends daughter was playing a supervised game in school..they were jumping around using hands and legs and she unintentionally knocked another 6 year old student into the wall and it broke a portion of his tooth. The school acknoweledged that it was an accident. They told the injured student's parents and they called my friend demanding payment for the tooth. I feel that this was an activity that obviously put children in danger..accidents happen however if there is any liability I feel that it would be on the school's part. The other parents said they would see her in court...What course of action should she take to protect herself and do these parents have any right to sue her?? Thanks!

A good friend of mine has gotten into trouble with the law. She's a good person, just made some bad decisions with the wrong people. She is facing criminal charges, and needs a lawyer, but is not in a financial position to pay for one outright. I know that some lawyers take on isolated cases pro-bono; how would she go about locating those kind of lawyers? Any websites, resources, physical locations, etc. would be helpful. She lives in Atlanta, GA.

Bush is out of office in a couple of years. When the Muslims win the world battle, the Caliphate will be established. Here's that liberals will lose:
Gay civil union, and any thoughts of gay marriage
2 million abortions a year
Welfare
Medicare
Medicaid
Free college tuition for illegal immigrants
Freedom of Speech
Freedom of the Press
Freedom of Religion
Freedom of Association
The right to bear arms
The right to vote by women
Women having the right to drive
Women having the right to show their face
Freedom to make fun of Islam like you do Christianity. Oooops, you already lost that freedom. My bad
Freedom to put the Quran in a jar of piss. Ooooops, that's right, you wouldn't dare do that either.
Women having any rights in a divorce proceeding
Preserving ANWR. The Mullahs would drill on your mother's butthole if they could squeeze oil out of it.
Rosie on the View. The only time you would see Rosie would be hanging from the flag pole outside the tv studio.

What is the legal term for: when one thing is bad, everything is bad? For instance, a partial confession is obtained before the suspect is mirandized, when the officer asks, "what did you do?" Then the suspect is mirandized and chooses to continue with confession and other details. In court, the judge supresses the confession, because the first part of the confession was obtained "illegally". The whole confession is spoiled because one part is bad, so the whole is bad....what is this called? Help!!!

I went to MEPS today and took the physical and all that. I made the mistake of disclosing the fact that I was treated for mild anxiety a few years ago. They shoved a bunch of papers in my face to give to my doctor and booted me out the door. Did I just screw myself? Would they ever have known if I wouldn't have disclosed it? Once my Dr. sends them his medical records of my treatments, am I going to be disqualified for service?
