What government governs Madagascar?
If you are under 30 years old, please don't answer. And if you are, double or triple check with your resources and not your own holistic Mommy programmed or Daddy molested and abused brain, because this is a serious question! I don't want "Whomever Owns The Oil" kiddy liberal left wing BS answers just for points that you uneducated little bastards value so much, and think that the points will change your life!

Well madagascar is a democracy.The elected government is for 5yrs Likewise the president is elected by universal sufferage for a 5yr term.He can be elected twice.The govt rules,with it's head the prime minister.
