cubsfanlg is wrong thats the declaration of independence. I think but i guess you break the constitution up by Preamble, Articles, Bill of Rights and the Amendments.
It might be this way but i doubt it.
I would suppose the four main point of the constituion are while if you break down the articles its gotta be the formation of the executive, legislative, and judicial branches. The fourth would have to be relation of the states to each other.

Thanks for the question and thank you Jason. I've read the whole thing several times and still messed up trying to figure the parts you ask for. I'm a bit ashamed as my ancestor Wm. Samuel Johnson representing Connecticut was a signer.
