I know it's a little bit cliche, but this question is a good illustrative point....

If there was a bomb about to go off in an American elementary school and you had the guy that planted the bomb in custody, would you be willing to torture the location of the bomb out of him in order to diffuse it, or would you condemn all of those innocent children to a terrible, painful, violent death ala Beslan, Russia?

I bet that the most vocal opponents of "dubya's torture plans" on Yahoo Answers avoid answering this question like the cowards that they are.

I just want to know what everyone's take on it was. Personally, I didn't see any clear evidence that he murdered his late wife, Kathleen Atwater. He was mainly tried for having an affair outside of his marriage. So, tell me what you think please.

I want actual answers that show some thought went into them. If I see any answers that are insulting to ME, then you just might be reported. Don't be stupid.

I would have a modicum of respect for this weasel if he just admited it. We know that is what he actually wants to do. Remember how hard Bush fought against the McCain amendment against torture?
Then when they lost, Bush signed a "signing statement" saying they could torture
detainees anyway.

I recieved some answers but non were satisfying to me.
many of webster's vocabularies are not of anglo,saxon,irish or,
scottish and are from other countries originally.
the word "yahudi or yehudi",is the true identity name world wide for
hebrews for an educated & non arrogant person and it represent the descendants of yahudi prophet "yahuda" or juda in english.
I think prbably the owner,publisher or the editor of webster's is or was a yahudi or perhaps it was the politic of "british gentlemen" not
printing it for heavenly & allegorial angles as god's chosen people !

Why do you mexicans feel that if you left, there would be no one here to do those jobs? Just a little reminder: America has been here for how many hundreds of years? obviously someone in the past picked a lettuce of two, or did we import all our lettuce? americans of all races will gladly pick lettuce, just not for ten cents an hour. the reason why people wages are so low now, is because of all the mexicans just working for scraps. our income should be 8% higher than what it is now, but the illegals are such a drain on the economy we are lagging. All you non beleivers do me a favor, total up all the money spent on free education, healthcare, prisons, food stamps, public assistance. public housing, theft. then subtract the amount supposedly put into the economy from mexicans. take whats left over and add 7 to 10 billion that goes back to mexico each year, and tell me what you get... The answer is F*cked! because that is whats happening each year, Wake up america!!!!!!!

Let's say I break into your house. Let's say that when you discover me in your house, you insist that I leave. But I say, "I've made all the beds and washed the sidhes and did the laundry and swept the floors; I've done all the things you don't like to do. I'm hard-working and honest (except for when I broke into your house)

According to protesters supporting illegal immigrants, not only must you let me stay, you must add me to your family's insurance plan, educate my kids, and provide other benefits to me and to my family. If you try to call the police or force me out, I will call my friends who will picket your house carrying signs that proclaim my right to be there.

It's only fair, after all, because you have a nicer house than I do, and I'm just trying to better myself. I'm hard-working and honest, um, except for when I broke into your house.

And what a deal it is for me! I live in your house, contributing only a fraction of the cost of my keep, and there is nothingyou can do about it without being accused of selfishness, prejudice and being an anti-housebreaker. Oh yeah, and I want you to learn my language so you can communicate with me.

My husband was in college at the time and remembers feeling that we were close to a draft. Anyone know if they recalled those who had already done their 4 year stint in the services? Can they call you back for duty even if you aren't in the reserves?
